MCCS Cylinder Heads are all machined in-house, proudly by our expert engineers. The MS140 is designed for competition work. When teamed with our MotorSport packages, 45DCOE and Maniflow exhaust system we have seen over 138-140BHP using this cylinder head.

The MS140 comes with Race quality, valves and silicon bronze valve guides.
Race Specification Inlet and Exhaust Ports,  modified to large port design, For ultimate power use a Weber 45 DCOE and large bore exhaust manifold.
The combustion chambers are re-profiled and finished off to gain the correct compression ratio for the engine.
These cylinder heads are drilled for 11 stud head fixings and painted ready for installation onto the engine.
 
 
Cylinder heads are sold on an exchage basis. A £200 surcharge will be added if we do not receive a servicable core unit.
