MCCS Cylinder Heads are all machined in-house, proudly by our expert engineers. The RS120 is our top level performance road cylinder head. When teamed with our 1330RS package, 45DCOE and Maniflow exhaust system we have seen over 120BHP using this cylinder head.

The RS120 comes with Race quality, single groove valves and silicon bronze valve guides.
Inlet and Exhaust Ports are modified to large port design, For ultimate power use a Weber 45 DCOE and large bore exhaust manifold.
The combustion chambers are re-profiled and finished off to gain the correct compression ratio for the engine.
These cylinder heads are drilled for 11 stud head fixings and painted ready for installation onto the engine.
