MCCS Cylinder Heads are all machined in-house, proudly by our expert engineers. The RS is our top level performance road cylinder head. When teamed with either our 1867cc or 1950cc packages. Perfectly tunable with either Twin HS4/HS6 (HIF4/6) or 45DCOE and Maniflow exhaust system and Piper 285 Camshaft, we have seen exceptional performance using this cylinder head.
 
Race quality valves and Bronze guides.
 
The RS comes with Race quality valves and silicon bronze valve guides.
Inlet and Exhaust Ports are modified to large port design, For ultimate power use a Weber 45 DCOE and large bore exhaust manifold.
The combustion chambers are re-profiled and finished off to gain the correct compression ratio for the engine.
